Yes, we conduct ocular inspections. They are free within NCR, and for locations outside NCR, the ocular may still be free depending on the size and scope of the project.

 

Before scheduling an onsite visit, we first request photos, plans, and site information so we can do initial assessment and costing without immediately going to the location. This helps us determine whether an onsite ocular is necessary.

Yes, we offer nationwide installation and delivery, including Visayas and Mindanao. Installation fees vary depending on the project scope and location. We also assist with fast processing of signage permits when required.

Yes. We fabricate mounting structures in-house and can also outsource when needed. We conduct a site survey to ensure the structure matches the exact requirements of the installation.

 

However, please note that Structural Plans, Structural Analysis, and Signage Permits are not included in the standard package. These can be provided upon request and will incur additional costs.

Yes. We provide remote and onsite technical support during office hours. Our team assists with both hardware and software concerns, and we offer quarterly preventive maintenance to keep your displays performing at their best. We respond to support requests within 24 hours. After the warranty period, service and repair fees will apply.

Yes. We keep local stock of spare parts, and if a part isn’t available, we can order it for you. You can also continue to avail repairs and service after the warranty period. Service and parts will be shouldered by the client
