Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be the creative mind in designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the company. The said position will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research to identify business opportunities.

Job Description:
• Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities • Oversees the marketing tasks and provides direction and feedback on major projects • Coordinate with outside agencies to produce marketing materials • Collaborate with sales, marketing, creatives, and events team • Generate sales by prospecting new clients • Meeting clients to discuss their needs • Provide prospects or customers with price quotations and ensure that there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding such programs

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or any related courses • At least 1-2 years experience in Sales • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Customer-focused

Product Manager

The Product Manager will examine the customer demand and larger organizational objectives that a product or feature will achieve, communicate what success for a product looks like, and rally a team to make that vision a reality.

Job Description:
• Oversee the marketing plans and promotion of products • Responsible for managing and supervising the sales team through monitoring and supporting the account executives • Defining and reaching product marketing communication objectives • Providing management with sales and marketing forecasting • Assess competition in the market • Perform market research on new products or trends in the market • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy • Monitoring inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability

Job Qualifications:
• A graduate of Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or any related courses • 2-3 years experience in product management or any related experiences • At least 1 year experience in supervising a team • Proficient in Sales and Marketing • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Graphic Artist

The Graphic Designer will be in charge of identifying needs, envisioning them, and developing visuals for the company's collateral. Your visuals should be eye-catching and convey the proper message to people who see them.

Job Description:
• Develop high level designs or content in various media • Design content for events, marketing collateral, and product mock-ups • Manage and create website collateral • Liaising with the sales, marketing, and events team to determine the needs of client • Revise and amend design as needed

Job Qualifications:
• A graduate of Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related courses • Highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects/Animate • Basic knowledge in using 3D modelling softwares (e.g. Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender etc.) • Basic knowledge with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Flash, and HTML • Has basic knowledge and understanding in digital marketing • Can work under pressure with tight deadlines

Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with potential customers to generate revenue and grow the customer base. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Description:
• Generate sales, look for leads by prospecting new clients • Plan, develop and execute sales strategies • Meet with clients via Zoom or personally to discuss their needs and provide a product demo • Provide prospect or customer with price quotations and ensure that there is a complete understanding of the parameters regarding such programs • Establish good business relationships with current and future clients • Provide after-sales support • Meet and exceed target monthly/quarterly sales

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Commerce, or any related courses • Less than 1-year experience in Sales • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills • Willing to do field official businesses • Personable • Amenable to working at Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City

Sales Promoter

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for raising product awareness through demonstrations, presentations, and general public interest. His or her responsibilities may include showcasing the value of a product or explaining how it works, as well as answering questions to persuade customers to purchase the product.

Job Description:
• Demonstrate and explain the features of a product or service to potential customers • Setting up product displays and promotional booth • Answer any questions potential customers might have about the product • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner • Create a positive image on products and identify interest and customer needs

Job Qualifications:
• Preferably a high school graduate • Preferably with experience in selling mobile phones or accessories • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal skills • Willing to work on weekends • Willing to work at SM Department Store (Mall of Asia)
